Training at least 2 times a week is ideal for most people, as it ensures steady progress while keeping your motivation high. With my support, we’ll maximize your results and make the most of every workout.
I specialize in strength training for women and runners of all levels. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to improve your performance, I can help you reach your goals.
Your first session will include a thorough assessment to evaluate your current fitness level and discuss your goals. We'll then go through some basic exercises to ensure proper form and technique.
I usually train clients at my local gym - The Gym at London Caledonian Road. If you have special requirements - reach out to me and let's chat about it!
